5 of the Best Multi-Platform Titles Releasing this Holiday Season

Over the past week we’ve looked at many of the best exclusives releasing within the next couple months. There are tons of great games headed to every console, but let’s look at the best releasing on the multi-platform market at the tail end of this year.

Middle-earth: Shadow of War

The highly anticipated sequel to the Middle-earth gaming series is now right around the corner. Take on an army of Orcs, and build your very own army with this enhanced title to end the series following Talion and Celebrimbor. Fight against legendary orc warriors once Shadow of War releases this next week, on October 10th for the Xbox One, PC and PS4.

The Evil Within 2

This survival horror title from Bethesda was a huge factor in their E3 appearance. Take on the role of the detective Sebastian Castellanos and search for your daughter who, until now, you’ve assumed dead. Travel through alternate dimensions in the human mind and fight off the Mobius faction once The Evil Within 2 releases on October 13th for PC, Xbox One and PS4.

Assassin’s Creed: Origins

After an extra year off from the hit series, Ubisoft is hitting gamers with the brand new Assassin’s Creed entry. Based in ancient Egypt, we’ll follow the tales of Bayek, the original assassin in the saga. Discover the secrets of the Order and the Templars while exploring the vast deserts, wilderness and towns found in the depths of Origins. Purchase the latest installment of the anticipated AC series – Origins – on October 27th for the Xbox One, PS4 and PC.

Call of Duty: WWII

The Call of Duty series has remained a top-dollar multiplayer title for the better part of a decade. Since the release of Modern Warfare in 2007, Activision has pushed their titles towards that very theme. Now, with the modern technology growing tiresome to the fan base, the series is taking the reigns back to another interesting era in the global timeline. Relive the harrowing time of World War II in intense multiplayer action and a gripping storyline when Call of Duty: WWII releases on November 3rd for the PS4, Xbox One and PC.

Star Wars Battlefront II

With a series reboot in 2015, this action Star Wars shooter pulls from the all areas of the saga. Now with a thrilling solo campaign mode, along with the exciting online battles, Battlefront II is shaping up to be one this years most highly anticipated titles. Expect to catch Star Wars Battlefront II releasing on November 17th for the Xbox One, PS4 and PC.
