5 Games to Watch Out for This Week (October 23 – 29th )

All, Gaming, Previews, Releases & Sales

It’s here. It’s finally here. The week of doom and despair. Otherwise known as the week when you’ll spend all of your money thanks to three major releases on the exact say day. Because gamers clearly have the time and money for them all right? Either way, this is a hectic week for gaming and you really don’t want to miss out.

Destiny 2 (PC)

Destiny 2 was first released last month for consoles and the PC version is finally coming out. We don’t have to wait much longer however as it’s releasing on the 24th which is tomorrow. At least this game isn’t adding to the list of games releasing on the 27th of this month!

Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus

The new Wolfenstein is almost here and everything we’ve seen for it looks totally nuts. The E3 reveal was pretty sweet but let’s face it, all the new trailers and teasers see to be doing the game justice. Let’s hope it’s just as good as we’re all expecting it to be.

Super Mario Odyssey – Nintendo Switch

If you missed the news this month then you wouldn’t have heard this yet. Someone receivedĀ an EDGE magazine early and it turns out this is another10/10 game for Nintendo. So expect great things from this addition to the Super Mario series, if you have a Switch and don’t have it pre-ordered then you probably should grab it at launch.

Assassin’s Creed Origins – PlayStation 4 Standard Edition

The new Assassin’s Creed looks to be revolutionary for the series. Or at least, it’s a turning point in the series with a brand new combat system and a highly requested time period to explore. Everything on the game so far looks very promising but it’s understandable if you want to wait for the reviews before purchasing this one.

Just Dance 2018 – Nintendo Switch

Most gamers won’t be excited about this game really but, it’s coming to the Nintendo Switch. Pushing the series another step towards being the perfect party game which is easy to pick up and play. For that reason, we think it’s worth noting that it’s releasing this week but sadly the release will be overshadowed by the three major releases this week which also happens to be on launch day for Just Dance 2018.
