Celebrating Anime month on Xbox

All

July is Anime month and Microsoft is celebrating this in style. Not only are they selling anime games at a discount, they’re also selling actual anime at a discount also. Making this a great time to be an Anime fan on the Xbox console.

Anime Games

The Xbox Ultimate Game Sale is still underway but that hasn’t stopped Microsoft. A small number of Anime themed games are currently on sale also. Here are the games on sale:

  • Arslan: The Warriors of Legend
  • Attack on Titan: Wings of Freedom
  • Dagon Ball Xenoverse & the Season Pass
  • Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2

So it’s a very small number of games currently on sale. But having a few extra discounted games is always nice so it’s not worth complaining about. These games will be on sale for the next seven days.

Anime

While there are a few Anime games on sale, the biggest section of the sale is decided to actual Anime. Here’s some of the anime you can expect to see on sale:

  • Death Note
  • Dragon Ball Z TV show and movies
  • Bleach TV show and movies
  • Psycho-Pass
  • Deadman Wonderland
  • Cowboy Bebop
  • Tokyo Ghoul

There’s also a range of other anime TV shows and movies currently in the sale. A full list of the Anime in the sale can be found on the Microsoft website here. There’s no scheduled end date on the website for this sale at the moment. It’s thought that the sale will last for as long as the game sale. So if this is true then there’s around 7 days left for the sale also.

While this Anime month sale seems to be a little small, it’s possible that Microsoft will add more games and anime to the sale list. Several anime shows also don’t seem to be in the sale despite being on the sale page. So it’s possible they will also be getting discounts later this week.
