All, Editor's Picks, Gaming, Previews, Releases & Sales, Video Games

They might not be advertised too well but the Nintendo Switch actually has quite a few free demos for players to download. We’re just highlighting the five best Nintendo Switch demo’s that you can download for free but there are plenty of others on the Nintendo store. It’s just a matter of finding them.

Pokkén Tournament DX

This is a great demo to download and try if you haven’t’ yet as the full game has just been released. So be sure to check out this one if you’ve been considering purchasing Pokken Tournament DX. It’s worth noting however that the demo is limited to five battles however, you can reset this by deleting the demo completely and reinstalling it.

Project: Octopath Traveler

The latest demo from Square Enix has been incredibly well received by gamers. It certainly seems to be a very promising game which has a very bright future on the Nintendo Switch. This is only the working title however so the full game may be named something else.

Monster Hunter XX

Now, this may be exclusive to Japan but it’s possible to download it by creating a Japanese account on the Switch. The game is in Japanese however. It’s still a great representative of the Monster Hunter series and has certainly increased the hype surrounding a possible worldwide release date.

Rayman Legends Definitive Edition

This one is a great demo. There’s a good single player section to play in addition to a co-op mode which is perfect for the Nintendo Switch.  As a result, there’s no reason why you shouldn’t have this demo installed to play it at least once. Even if it doesn’t convince you to buy the full game.

Snipperclips: Cut it out, together!

Looking for some other co-op games to play? Well this is a great game and it has a free demo for you to try out. If it doesn’t match what you’re looking for then you’ve lost nothing. We think you’ll enjoy this game, however.
